How To Make Fried Chicken Without Frying?

Ingredients 4 chicken thighs 2 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil rosemary sage tarragon salt pepper 6 Tbsp of bread crumbs 2 Tbsp of honey 2 Tbsp of vinegar   Preparation 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F. 2. Wash and dry the chicken thighs. 3. Mince the herbs. 4. In a bowl put the extra virgin olive oil, the minced herbs, salt and pepper. 5. Put the chicken inside the bowl and gently massage the chicken with the oil and herbs mixture. 6. Pass each thigh on the breadcrumbs and put on an oven tray covered with parchment paper. 7. Cook until well done, from 50 minutes to one hour, depending on your oven and the weight of the chicken pieces. 8. At half cooking time, turn each piece to the other side. 9. Prepare a sauce mixing the honey and vinegar. 10. Five minutes before taking the chicken out of the oven, brush each piece with the sauce.  

Microsoft concludes Nokia Devices and Services transaction

"We have completed the steps necessary to finalize Microsoft’s acquisition of the Nokia Devices and Services business. The transaction will be completed this Friday, April 25, when we’ll officially welcome the Nokia Devices and Services business as part of the Microsoft family,” Microsoft said in a statement. Microsoft also stated that the purchase would allow the company to speed up innovation. “The completion of this acquisition follows several months of planning and will mark a key step on the journey towards integration. This acquisition will help Microsoft accelerate innovation and market adoption for Windows Phones. South Africa’s Minister of Finance Pravin Gordhan Gordhan, Minister of Finance for South Africa, chaired the panel and said, “as Africans, we have to be very creative in deciding what kind of niche we want to explore.” He said that Africa must resist “short term-ism,” and focus on beneficial coordination over harmful competition.
