Skeleton Man Escapes Death in a Road Accident

KENYAN dancehall-ragga artiste Skeleton Man is nursing injuries sustained from a road accident in Nairobi last week. The singer, who is riding high with his latest single dubbed Uhuru Innocent, was in the company of three other close friends when the car they were travelling in collided with another vehicle at the Globe roundabout underpass. According to him, the four were heading to the CBD when another car rammed into them forcing their car to veer off the road, hitting a concrete pillar. "We were headed to town from Ngara after a reggae show at the Sarakasi Dome's Sawa Sawa Club when the accident occurred. It was so nasty that one of my friends, Paul Kanyiri aka Elephant Man, who sustained deep cuts on the head died some minutes later at Kenyatta National Hospital. The rest of us were treated for the injuries sustained and discharged, but it was really a sad night having lost one of my closest buddies. He was a great supporter of my work and it's hard t...

Tyra Banks: How I Talk to Girls Honestly and Openly About Weight

Tyra Banks has spoken openly about her battles with weight, body image and self-esteem – and learned there's no easy cure for the body blues. The America's Next Top Model creator told PEOPLE Tuesday at her TZONE Foundation Flawsome Ball in New York City that, despite understanding how it feels to be considered too fat and too thin, blind support for teens struggling with their weight isn't the answer. "I've had some of my girls talk about their weight, and I actually talk to them honestly about it," says Banks, who mentors teens through her foundation and who, at the Flawsome Ball, helped to drive up bids during a fundraising auction. "There's one thing you can do, which is say, 'You're great, you're great, you're great,' which makes them feel good in that moment when you're talking to them," Tyra explains. Then it goes away. "They go back in the crazy world of attacking, or looking in the mirror an...

Shocking A Prominent Young Kenyan Diplomat Accused of Allegedly Sleeping Her Way To The Top – Sex For Top Jobs?

On a good day, a good woman should not smell semen; yet this VIP lady let us call her Jane, whose age victimises her social standing, has been accused of a shitpload of shit dating back to the sexual era of the dead Kijana Wamalwa through to a former party leader with roots in Western Kenya and now. To save face, Jane who was recently accused by the wife-lonely discredited Chief Officer James Oswago of the electoral commission as part of the Jubilee March 4 rigging machine has been the subject of a secretive sex-for-placement orgy which has sent shockwaves in the middle political class of the ruling elites of the Republic of Kenya. To begin with, Jane, currently the Kenyan Ambassador to ….., is being accused by her peers to have begun selling her pussy at a rather younger age, considering Kijana Wamalwa passed by before dying, then followed closely by the sickly Ex party leader and nominated MP and others in the Rift Valley and Central. At some point while in South Afri...

Kamba/Kisii MAGIC goes beyond BORDERS, in London a man is walked like a DOG!...[VIDEO]

Today on the streets of London, a man wearing a suit is being walked like a dog by a woman nonchalantly drinking a coffee. The man was spotted on all fours by commuters at 8.30am this morning in the Farringdon area, and may have made it as far as Holborn by this point. Smartphone pics of the pair flooded Twitter, as people questioned whether it was down to BDSM role-playing or the man having simply grown tired of bipedalism. The may have been fed some Kisii love poison called Kababa as this pundit put it a few days ago “If you have married a Kisii/Kamba woman(not those diaspora types who cant even say “bwakire”),then it will amount to recklessness to come home one evening and state that you are going to marry wife number 2.Wife number 1 wont pour hot water on you but you will start enjoying a love potion laced in your food known as “Kababa”.The effect of kababa on you,(it is actually ashes of psychedelic mushroom mixed with toad ashes),will depend on several factors;to...

The Importance of Celebrating You

I have been celebrating my birthday over the past couple of weeks. I attended intimate dinners and cocktail events that I arranged in my honor in Chicago, New York, Atlanta and Los Angeles. As I made my way across the country, each night I would walk into a room filled with people I love. In turn, the next day I came to my meetings happily in service. Injecting more love into your life is essential to your success. That’s because closing deals and building relationships is no longer about selling, it’s about serving. We serve others when we bring love into the room – when we compassionately listen to their challenges and provide tailor-made solutions. This naturally happens when you leave your problems and ego at the door and operate with principled intention. Getting to that self-assured place can be difficult — especially if you feel the weight of personal issues or you’re caught up in a drama at work. To set all that aside and arrive from an authentic place of s...

Needs vs. Wants

Why is that when we get what we want it can feel like a hollow victory? Maybe it’s because we didn’t really need it after all. A few weeks ago I made a list of what I needed and what I wanted in my life. This was soul-searching work. For so long I had operated from a place of want. I bought things because I wanted them. I had that extra glass of wine because I wanted it. I chose partners and projects because I wanted to be wanted. My wants were primal and fleeting. It was not in my nature to work from a place of need. Even admitting that I needed anything was painful. I sat and pondered the question, “What do I really need?” I went to my core values of love, safety and integrity. Yes, I needed these values operating in my life, but how did I need them to show up? Based on my core values, I came up with 5 needs that I would admit to myself: I need to attract partners and clients who understand that I have a daughter and she comes first. I need to surround myself with ...

You Aren’t Going to Like What Kate Upton Had to Say About Her Breasts

Kate Upton’s Breasts, a source of much enjoyment for all us on the internet, are in the news for some harsh things Kate Upton herself had to say about them.  “I wish I had smaller boobs every day of my life.” But, BUT, (_|_) (that’s an emoticon of a butt to signify how big this but is), it is only because she wishes she could dress sluttier.  ”I love to wear spaghetti tops braless or go for the smallest bikini designs.” Ugh. That’s like the Bro version of Game Theory. Do we wish Kate Upton dressed more scandalously, but with smaller breasts, or do we remain satisfied with what we have? Kate Upton thinks she has the answer. “If I could just take them off like they were clip-ons.” And then pass them around for us to share? That’s not what she said. Sadly. More
